Karen doesn’t see the glass as half-empty. She sees the glass half-full with the potential to overflow and become the most incredible glass of water anyone has ever seen. Forever the optimist yet still a realist, Karen is our Chief Strategy Officer. She works with clients to help them decide not only what they want to say but what they should say. Karen is able to take the most complicated, complex information and reduce it down to that one simple, perfect thing. Her insight is remarkable. A Reynolds Aluminum recycling program she helped develop won a coveted Effie award for its effectiveness. The many awards she’s won only tell us what we at Siddall already know. Karen is brilliant.
